We have recently discovered that Saved by the Bell is on Netflix. The boy always (I mean really always) talks about this show and how much he loves it! He says his dream girl is Kelly Kapowski (at least I'm brunette, right?). The show is alitttttle bit before my time so this is all new to me. I have to say some of the references, quotes, and especially the outfits are amazing. It's so funny to see how different things were then and especially the very interesting way people dressed. And I'm sure it was totally normal for kids to start randomly dancing in the middle of high school back then.
Someone was carrying around a pencil box!! Do you remember these??? And all the secret compartments?
Gotta love the spandex under the shorts...

Oh, I totally grew up watching Saved By the Bell reruns EVERY day. One of my all time favorite shows!
I love SBTB!! I always got in fights with my mom in the mornings because I would be watching it in bed instead of getting ready for school! I love that it's on Netflix (along with The Wonder Years!)
I LOVED Saved by the Bell, I still watch it on sat mornings sometimes, i'll have to go all through the seasons. That and Boy Meets World were always my favorites!
Before your time?!? You youngster, you! :) I loved Saved By the Bell! To be honest, I think it probably live aired a little before my time too, but I watched every rerun!!!
Wow!!! I used to love Saved By the Bell! I remember watching new episodes on Saturday mornings! I also remember being super excited when the Saved By the Bell TV movies came on in the evenings. I remember two of these in particular, one of them featured the gang going to Hawaii and the other was Zack and Kelli's wedding in Vegas. Man, this makes me feel old!

Saved by the Bell was my favorite show growing up, even though I hit the tail end of the series. I'm definitely going to have to add that to my Netflix queue! :)
